Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using ProScan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

ProScan is a document scanning application for personal and commercial use. You may use it to scan, store, organize, and export documents on your device.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the App

2. Account

You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents you scan and upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you scan and store through the App.

4. Cloud Storage

If you enable cloud backup, your documents are stored on servers managed by Supabase. While we take reasonable measures to secure your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of important documents.

5. Availability

We strive to keep ProScan available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the App or certain features at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Giga Tatarashvili. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it without permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
